Void

With each other to make new athaks.

A greater athak has greater control of the void than a lesser athak does, & stronger resources for it. They also have the ability to null lunar energies.

A greater athak, like other athaks, is not affected by temperature or pressure that is not exceptionally powerful & quickly brought upon them (in other words, a lightning bolt or meteor strike will still kill them, but the gradual increase in pressure of a slow descent into atmo or underwater will not affect them). They do not breathe.

Their society is more unified than that of lesser athaks. Since they require void to even see, they carry external void sources everywhere with them. They are dedicated to creating void machines that will make their lives easier, making technology the center of their society. Void science is revered as much as faith is amongst their lesser cousins, & faith is seen as merely an everyday duty rather than a revered profession. Their lunar cities are generally underground, but some are above, in the great void crystal fields.
