Description Gosasterians are alien beings with elongated fingers and tight-fitting skin. They have huge ears. Their eyes are star-flecked and their hair is made of thin strands of minerals, mostly quartz. Their skin tone is a greyish yellow.
Procreation With each other to make new gosasterians. With asterian subraces, it follows the mother.
Esoterica Some practice other arts with aether. Poioumenonic arts, such as magic or wyrding, are rare, and soul and heart magic naturally occur for one in every five million gosasterians. Infernal and heavenly arts are rare as well, but void is more common than any other infernal art. Faith is uncommon.
Special Powers Gosasterians are innately good at astrophysics. All asterians know their cosmic position from birth.
Weaknesses If one can make a gosasterian forget his cosmic position, she will go mad.
Culture Gosasterians interact with nezasterians and kuruasterians in much the same way that dahasterians interact with normal asterians--they are stereotyped as being intelligent and they resent it. They do help other asterian races with understanding astrophysics, however, and they make excellent pilots, teachers, engineers, and ship-builders. Mainstream asterian society views them as pathetic.
