Powers Stores the skills & knowledges & other features of past users & can imbue them on the current wielder, assuming the current wielder knows what he is looking for. Can be reset by powerful wielders. Some meories can be excised by some wielders, especially mindflayers.
Flaws Resets under certain circumstances, like under intense void or if in reaction to some Gifts. Some powerful memories can overwhelm a wielder. Can only store about 1000 actual memories before the weaker ones get discharged or "forgotten." Wielder cannot discharge the memory of themselves from the Sword.
