Powers The Ropes decay anything bound within them, and if the victim is alive, it usually goes mad. Linking objects with the rope causes random effects and random transfer of properties between them. Chaos beings are usually empowered by the Ropes. Order beings are usually killed painfully. Used as a noose or lasso, it can be used to polymorph a victim, and if strung around a room, all normal rules within that room are suspended.
Flaws The user often goes mad.
Current location The City Pandemonium
Mastery [Evil] The wielder will not go mad, and the user can control what rules are suspended in rooms and the polymorphing. [Good] The user will not go mad, and the user can use the Ropes to strengthen systems and rectify damage. [Neutral] Varies.
