| Powers | This glowing Geode looks like a stone egg when closed. It has a seam down the middle allowing it to be opened, revealing a mass of crystals of various colors & shapes. Anyone wielding the Geode immediately has the ability to sense gemstones, crystals, & to know their way around underground. If the user is large, they can shrink themselves to dwarven size, & if they are small, they can increase themselves to dwarven size. But the true power of the Geode comes when the crystals are arranged to interact with gemstones or each other. Placing a gemstone into the core of the Geode will make all the crystals match the color of that gem & grant a new power to the Geode until the gem is consumed (generally about a day). If no gemstone is present, however, the crystals have a variety of colors, & twisting the closed Geode so that certain colors touch causes different reactions. The colors inside are red, blue, green, yellow, white, violet, orange, & pink on top, & pink, orange, violet, white, yellow, green, blue, & red on bottom. Twisting so different colors touch creates differnt effects. Physically reaching in & switching the order will ruin the stone. See chart below for powers. |
