Powers A Coil of the essence of the Hells, it is used to bind the good, empower the evil, & corrupt the neutral. Mastery reverses the powers.
Flaws It is almost impossible to Master, requiring a victim to overcome it. If one uses it to empower, one cannot use it for its other uses without losing the empowerment (ie, unwinding it from themselves).
