Powers Anything mundane or chaotic the user can imagine can be pulled out of the Bag. Anything can be held in the Bag as well.
Flaws Anything removed or placed in the Bag will decay. A Gift placed in the Bag will make it unmovable.

Mastery [Evil] Items can be permanently pulled from the bag, all items will have random chaotic powers. [Good] The items will remain permanently from the bag, and items will have specific order-based powers. [Neutral] Varies.
