Gal-Sal

Gal-Sal is a dog-faced being from the swamps of eastern Ansulym who, during the feudal era, was a part of a brutal, vicious nation that raided into the nearby imperial lands and was part of bringing them down. He is a tantum, a creature of chaos from abyssal waters, who went mad looking into those same waters. He is a gyroxene, a dancer whose movements control the entropic infernal energy of ibbissu. He has a Littany metal fan which disurpts time as he dances. He does not seem to speak any known language.
