Description: They appear to be faded versions of their former selves, unless they shape change or go invisible. They are like their former selves, but with sunken, mummified skin, narrow limbs, enormously distended bellies and long, thin necks.

Procreation: None. Gaki are the souls of greedy or gluttonous people whose attachment to certain things kept their souls from reaching the afterlife.

Magic: None.

Special Powers: Gaki can only affect the object of their desire physically. The object of their desire varies by what they desired in life. Often, they are obsessed with things that are twisted versions of what they wanted (those who wanted too much food now seek defecation, those who wanted sex partners now seek corpses, etc). They can change their shapes to be grotesque monstrosities at will, but will always remain insubstantial. They use this to terrify people. They can become invisible at will. It is a 12 undeath power to make a gaki.

Weaknesses: If freely given food & drink out of kindness or pity, they will be, effectively, sent.
