Originally the creation of one of the many popes of Discord when he visited an old Tenzanese story teller in the Dreaming and smoked up too much, this spirit of great justice heard of Tamballa and made his way to the Scablands to ask to be part of her court. He takes whatever form the conflict at hand most needs, whether it be a gritty and sardonic city watchman with ungodly toughness, a larger-than-life barbarian adorned in the gold of his conquests, a young idealistic "Chosen One," or a debonair nobleman with a sharp wit and a keen eye. He communicates in overblown metaphor ("I'm about to come down on you like a ton of bricks, cur, so you better not be standing there when I land!") or witty one-liners (Shoots someone with an arrow "I think that got my point across.") or self-deprecating repartee ("For this I gave up a trip to the beach...") or inspirational platitudes ("You're the only one who can give up here. They can't make you.") and memorable catch-phrases ("Uh oh, you woke up JUSTICE!")
