The mother of all cougars, Ewah has seven True Names. She can turn into a human Malhuene woman twice a year. She lives in the mountains of New Wath and rules a range that goes from there to Tohoniuk. She has all the powers of every kind of cougar as well.

In the wake of Starfall, she has been called by her friend the Bear Manifest to take on a quest to take on the monsters of the Pit.
