Twice the size of a bull elephant at its smallest, ten times at its largest, emela-ntouka is "the elephant eater." Slimy green or slate gray in color, a horned snout & head, & a long crocodile tail are main features.

More like a cross between a bear, a lizard, & an elephant or rhinoceros, emela-ntouka is shaggy & scaly at once. When it is hungry, it becomes enraged.

It is actually amphibious.

Three Brothers campaign: Seen while the party traveled through the jungles north of the island bridge after Albert had obtained the Sword of Wolves. While running from the rampaging beast Paul tripped and Caspian ended up killing it before it could run Paul over. Reverend Aldo Murgen brought the beast back to life.
