A headless unseelie faerie who rides on a cheval mallet, Dullahan carries his molding, rotting head under one arm. His eyes flit about constantly, and his mouth hangs in a hideous grinning rictus. He carries a spinal cord as a whip. He knows the Names of all he can see, and if he speaks their Names, they die. He has a wagon made of bone and coffin wood and sinews, and covered in a pall, in which he keeps the ghostly lanterns that light his way. If he stops riding, someone nearby will die soon.

Nothing can bar his path. No gate or door can stop him in his ride. If someone is spying on him and is caught, he will drench them in blood as a first warning. The second is to lash out their eyes with his whip. If not heeded, he will speak their Name and kill them.

Gold hurts him, not iron.

He ascended to an Immortal role after he defied the Wild Hunt and Death Herself, even after being decapitated. His will was so strong, he continued on. Death Herself made him a servant thereafter.

He has recently made a bet with the Hunter of the Wulfram Hills that the Hunter will not be able to slay the Bulyemah before Dullahan speaks its Name. The Rook and Minka Bird Manifest are there to watch the sport.
