Half-Dwonnic elf, half-wild talent outcast who was sold into slavery by a mother that was ashamed of him and a father who was afraid of him. He grew up in Harkanheim as a monster-tender's slave. His role was mostly drudgery, but his master found it useful or amusing to teach him the basics as well. His master made the mistake of letting his slave get close with some of the monsters, and one day, Dorian sicced the monsters on his master, then took over his house.

He proved a much crueler master to his formerly fellow slaves than his old master was. His ruthlessness brought him to the eyes of the authorities, and he was invited to dine with Harkan himself. When the dinner was over, he had the enviable role of emissary, and the unenviable job of convincing the Tzukazi to sell mercenaries and weapons to Harkanheim in exchange for trained monsters.

Dorian has thus far not caught the sickness that is killing the elves, but half-elves have mostly gotten it later in their lives.
