Ruled by Archiduc Jehan St. Andre, a powerful vampire lord who eats emotions and drinks blood, this dominion is centered in Terre Blanche and has the goal of completing the Puzzle of Hearts. It is a rival to the Tereblantian Empire's machinations rather than a subset of it.
