Description: Chir battis appear to be what they were in real life, but faded, with a soft spectral aura, though they can fade into merely a ball of light.

Procreation: None. Chir battis are the souls of those who feared the afterlife & accepted the pain of undeath.

Magic: Varies by race the chir batti once was. Can use mind magic, but not body magic. Faith, especially undeath faith, is possible. White faiths are not. Void is impossible.

Special Powers: Chir battis are noncorporeal undead that drain lifeforce from those they touch. When they drain someone of lifeforce, the victim often becomes some sort of spectral undead (low will, phantom; high will, chir batti). Chir batti, however, retain all memory & appearance from life, & can speak normally. It is a 16 undeath power to make one. They can become a ball of eerie light at will.
