Description Ceelstials appear to be anthropomorphic figures with golden-white skin, patches of mist on their bodies, and fire for hair. Their eyes are rainbow lights. When they stretch out their arms, an image of a great firebird appears around them.
Procreation With each other.
Esoterica One in five million have heart or soul magic. All have soulbonding. Mind and body magic are possible. Void is possible. Faith is not uncommon. Heavenly arts are common. Other esoterica is possible.
Special Powers Celestials can bond their souls to any bird, permanently, and they can control weaker birds with their voices. They have a communal bond connecting their hearts and minds, and they are resistant to cold. They can elongate their arms, and when they do, the arms become wings and their bird-auras appear. Their bird-aura determines what kind of bird they are able to merge with. If they merge with a bird, they become permanently part of the communal soul of the race.

Celestials can also sense Elysian energy. If they remain in one area long enough, they will instinctively find a bird to merge with--they call this "freeing."
Weaknesses Infernal powers.
Culture Celestials live in cloud rivers amongst the islands of Gyrah, in flocks that bond with the birds around them. They absorb water through their skins and survive only on that.
