Description Carcajous are anthropomorphic wolverines. They stand about 5' tall. They are stocky and muscular with a bear-like appearance. They have short legs and broad, round heads. Their eyes and ears are round and small, and they have thick, dark, oily fur. Their faces feature a light, silvery coat, and they have a pale buff stripe along their sides. Their tails are bushy. A few have white patches on their throat and chest.
Procreation Follows the mother.
Magic One in five million have heart or soul magic. Mind and body magic are possible. Void is possible. Faith is not uncommon.
Special Powers Carcajous are ferocious. They are incredibly strong for their size, and they have sharp claws and powerful, tearing bites. Their fur is resistant to frost. They stink horribly. They are voracious. They move through deep snow very easily.
Weaknesses Creation magic and faith can harm them.
Culture Carcajous live in two areas: northern Ranu and southern Palhur. They are mean, solitary people who pick fights with everyone and every thing. They have been known to take down larger opponents with ease, including giant bears.
