| Description | At birth, all dragons look like large, pink worms. At maturity, bronze dragons grow to be great winged snakes with bronze scales. |
| Procreation | Dragons mate with each other only. Without intense supernatural interference, half-dragons are an impossibility. Dragons lay one to three eggs at a time. Upon hatching, a dragon immediately begins absorbing background energies. All dragon eggs are filled with pure, liquid draconic energy, which sustains the baby dragon upon hatching. |

All dragons accumulate energies by absorbing them naturally from the area around them. As such, they must carefully cultivate their lairs to provide the right kinds of energies, hence they hoard appropriate objects. Other common powers include thunder roar, zone of clemency, tornado form, and control winds. |

| Subspecies | Storm dragons have accumulated more pattern aether than most. They become beings of cloud and lightning, massive wyrms made of storms, and they burn themselves out quickly. |
| Culture | Bronze dragons lay their eggs along rivers on sky islands in Gyrah. The parents raise the child as part of their clan. The clan is led by the eldest bronze dragon in the clan, and any disputes are settled via debate and vote. Bronze dragons have alliances with local communities in order to supply their hoards and find servants. |
