The Mother of the Brownies, Ma Buzuhli, was taken by the Wild Hunt protecting her 26 children, of which only one survived: Bobbles. From him, a new generation of brownies came and the race was restored. He became their king, and he was known as the Weeping King, for he would weep at the sight of any living thing, for it reminded him of the loss and horror that haunted him. This continued until the Coming of the Lost Gods. When they came to Shem, the kith came back with them, the originals on Shem having been pushed out by the Hunt or evolved into elves. Their Queen, Tuatha Og Aire, was the most beautiful woman Bobbles had ever seen, and not thinking of the potential disgrace, he immediately pledged his love for her. She was so moved, she accepted his love and the two were soon married. Now, he serves as her loving, doting husband and servant.
