Son of Deserel and the first Night-Emperor, Black Charlie has the innate power to control other demons, even other demon lords. He appears to be a white-haired, midnight-skinned human with starry white eyes, but behind the shining light are spider's webs and black widows. He wears a broken crown made of swan's bones and a simple white tunic. To non-evil entities, he has an innate charisma and comeliness. To evil entities, he has an innate charisma and aura of power and command. His touch can eradicate a person's soul, and he can grant wishes that will always come back to haunt the wisher.
