Magnum You are brought to Court, of course, and Presented. There are ceremonies on top of ceremonies.

• Avery isn't sure how to act, so does his best to act as they seem to think he should.

Magnum You get told a lot of ways to act, sometimes conflicting.

Magnum It's a busy, bustling place.

Magnum The Queen takes an interest in you, trying to get you involved in odd intrigues and other fripperies.

Magnum Kateri and Robin stay in his shack, doing their own thing.

Magnum Rumbleford goes back to serving the Unicorn.

• Avery soon gets distracted from missing his friends in trying to just keep up. He would quietly inquire if the band would be welcome to visit on occasion, should he get a chance to.

Magnum It's mentioned by most that it would probably be all right, if they ever showed up.

Magnum On more than one occasion, someone tries to seduce you for their own means or power.

• Avery tends to resist such things, mostly out of remembrance of Aurelia and Leia.

Magnum Eventually, after you don't know how long, they seem to forget about you. Forays into intrigue tend to work around you, and the Queen begins focusing on other things.

Magnum The troubles of not so long ago fade into memory.

Magnum In short, Avery, you get a bit lonely.

Magnum But the one person who understands, who has been there for you and always will be, and is around to talk when you need it is Rumbleford.

Magnum You have to visit him in the Unicorn's grove, but since you resisted seductions, you're still able to visit there.

• Avery is only too glad of that, and is thankful to have someone around to just talk with when he misses the old days. he takes to wandering, too, seeing what he didn't really get a chance to during the troubles.

Magnum The Summer Country, and its new twin, the Winter Lands, are amazing, though the latter is dangerous for you.

Magnum Rumbleford would actively try to recruit you for the slot of Servitor of the Unicorn. He introduces you to the gang: Brambleford, Trembleford, Wombleford, and himself.

Magnum "You get a nice name if you join," he jokes.

• Avery is careful if/when he ventures there, mostly sticking with the Summer Country, especially the lands of Music, Dream, and Story. He doesn't exactly turn the option down, but he's still kind of holding out hope he'll see Leia again - or find someone to be with - right now. "I'd noticed the trend," he chuckles. "I'll keep it in mind."
