Dionysus "That," Rumbleford says as he sits beside you, "Was very bad."

• Avery just nods.

Dionysus "It looks like someone's coming for you, so I'm going. Use that whistle I gave you so long ago if you need me." He vanishes.

• Avery looks up at that...he'd completely forgotten about it. "...okay."

Avery Avery will inclde his emotion control ability to aid the calming.

Avery mostly what he wants is a private place to talk to Rumbleford about recent developments.

Avery so he'd probably go back to the airship, unearth the whistle Rumbleford gave him, and use it.

Dionysus Oh, that whistle. Right. Rumbleford appears almost immediatley. "Where was I? Oh, yes. That," he sighs, "Was very bad."

Avery "Yeah...how much does this complicate things?"

Dionysus "Not as much as you might think. He won't tell the Father of Nightmare. They're rivals."

Avery "A small relief."

Dionysus He nods, "But the biggest concern I know of in all that."

• Avery nods. "...The rest of the band's found out a little earlier than I thought they would. Arlie's gonna want a full report."

Dionysus "Tell him at noon, & make sure no one's sleepy."

• Avery nods. "...why does he have my name? I mean, my everyday one?"

Dionysus "He's... Rufina's child, with Magnus Jericho. She named him, & you, though she didn't know it."

Avery "Oh...so he...kind of is my brother...adopted."

Dionysus Avery, Aurelia is at your door. You sense her through it before she does anything to it.

• Avery glances over. "Miss Aurelia..."
• Aurelia knocks, then pauses at the call.
• Avery gets up and opens it.

Aurelia How is he feeling?

Avery Tired, calmer than he was, still a little shaken and upset, slightly worried, slightly curious.

Dionysus Rumbelford is feeling very... serious, sitting next to him.

• Aurelia blinks at Rumbleford, then gives a small smile.

Avery "Come in..." he steps aside to let her. "Did you need anything?"

Dionysus Rumbleford nods in greeting

• Aurelia does so. Kashaji is with her. "Would you protect my dreaming?"

Avery "Of course...as much as I can."

• Avery gives Kashaji a hello pat.
• Aurelia remains where she is for a moment, then gives Avery a small smile of thanks and turns to return to her own room.
• Avery returns the smile, a little awkwardly. "Goodnight."

Aurelia "Goodnight, Avery."

Dionysus Rumbleford smiles as a parting gesture to Aurelia

• Aurelia smiles vaguely back as she leaves.
• Avery sees her to the door, then turns back to Rumbleford.

Dionysus "To answer you, yes, he's the child... your father replaced you with."

Dionysus "You should weave her dream. We can talk again soon. There's things I ought to look into in the wake of this."

• Avery nods. "...thanks."

Dionysus He stands to leave. "Remember that whistle."

Dionysus And then he vanishes out the door.

Avery Hm...One of her family...a dream about her with her mother and aunts, maybe like the last time she visited, with the music.
