Dionysus Valara runs to a not so crowded alleyway to stop & cry

• Aurelia follows, hesitating at the alleymouth before moving to hug her.

Dionysus She hugs back, "I never realized how horrible I was, baby."

• Aurelia is confused by that, so she just continues to hug.

Dionysus "Not until... today. I sold them into slavery. It was all a game..."

• Aurelia listens silently.

Dionysus "Please, don't hate me."

• Aurelia blinks at her mother.

Dionysus She loves you back, "I've done some horrible things."

Aurelia The only thing coloring that at all at the moment is concern.

Aurelia "They are past."

Dionysus She cries, "I love you so much."

• Aurelia squeezes lightly in response. She doesn't say it back aloud, but feels it even more.

Dionysus "Do you think the rest of the band... will still accept me?"

Dionysus She tries to stop crying, "I'm just so scared all the time now."

Dionysus No, actually, she'd worry more if you were not with her & she with you. Her fears are largely for you, no matter what, but she thinks it's because of the circumstances. She's confused, but you can see the truth of it
