Arsul_T If a librarian comes I'll ask about prophecies, otherwise I try to find it myself

Dionysus No librarian approaches you.

Dionysus A Gifts section is easily found. What do you look for? Just a premonition?

Arsul_T yes, but also the sword of Wealth

Dionysus Dionysus looks around for books on Sword of Wealth or related while you feel for premonitions. You find something before he does. He reads the title aloud, "Gifts of Hope?" he asks.

Arsul_T "Apparently." he takes it back and opens it, handing it back.

Dionysus "The Tunic of Confidence. The wearer of this Tunic can do anything he is confident he can do... Not much more is known of this Gift, save that it was lost in the jungles of Taggarus in the Age of Peace, when Augusto Momilad tried to kill a warrior with the Sword of Despair."

Arsul_T (are those the jungles in Southern Maraddon?)

Dionysus No, they're on the continent of Taggarus, where Atanaxus/Myrmexia is.

Arsul_T so where Gaja is from?

Arsul_T "It'd be helpful." he mumbles to himself, shelving the book and searching some more

Dionysus Southern Taggarus, in a region of Myrmexia called Vimala. There's jungles there.

Dionysus The next book you find is called "The Satherian Order & the Sword of Movement: A History."

Arsul_T actually on each of these I try to divine how they fit, although I doubt I can

Dionysus Nothing comes of it.

Arsul_T I open it and hand it to Dionysus.

Dionysus He reads, "By dint of being named the Sather, leaders of the order are known to be able to handle more than one Gift, a rarity amongst modern mortals."

Arsul_T "The Sword of Movement would be helpful for stealing the Sword of Wealth. One of the few people who could use a Gift to get to it."

Arsul_T "But finding a Sather sounds next to impossible."

• Dionysus nods. "Maybe we can find that Tunic first..." He is cracking a joke.

Arsul_T "I'd give my right arm for it." he says grinning. "Well, maybe not, but it'd sure help in the contest."

• Dionysus nods. "I imagine so. What next?"

Arsul_T "One more and then prophecies I think."

Arsul_T rather, 'let's finish here and then...'

Dionysus The next book you find is called "The First Song."

• Arsul_T smiles when he hears the title and opens it
• Dionysus groans, "I can't read it. It's not in any language I know."

Arsul_T "Really?" he frowns and sets it aside to ask about later

Dionysus You search for the prophecy section?

Arsul_T yes

Dionysus You find it after a while.

Arsul_T I start searching

Dionysus The only book in the whole section that yields a premonition, though, is called "Broken Prophecies of the Mad Dancers of the Dunes."

Arsul_T "Do you think it means they didn't come true?" he asks, opening and handing it back to Dionysus

• Dionysus shakes his head, "From the look of it, they're just incomplete sentences."

Arsul_T "Read them?"

• Dionysus reads, "...The Void bends sound... the Protector stands firm... the Sun is bright... All eyes are watching... The Lost Ones need..."
• Dionysus sighs, "That's all I can make out on this pag.e"

Arsul_T "The Lost Ones again."

Arsul_T "And Sue bends sound with void."

Dionysus Hunny nudges you, clearly wanting attention.

• Dionysus nods, "Not very helpful, though."

Arsul_T "But I'm not sure about the rest." he takes it and reshelves it, turning ot her as he does so.

Arsul_T "What is it?" he leans down, closer to her

Arsul_T (not much though, I think. She's big)

Arsul_T he holds out his hands to her

Dionysus She nuzzles the hand. She's just being dog-like & looking to be petted or whatnot.

• Arsul_T pets her. "We should find a librarian before we go."

Dionysus You find a librarian with Dionysus's aide. The librarian sounds nervous as you speak to him, "How can I help you, sir?"

Arsul_T "I was wonfering if you have a translator for this book? Or someone who might speak the language or something?" he asks as he holds out the book he took from the Gift area earlier

Dionysus "I-I'm afraid it's in the faerie tongue, or so it is supposed. It might just be gibberish."

Arsul_T "It's not. It means someting. Something important."

Arsul_T he sighs. "Maybe we can copy the page and take it with us?" he says to Dionysus

Dionysus He says, "I'm sorry, we just keep it because it was donated by a respected source, sir."

Arsul_T "May I ask who?"

Dionysus The librarian says, "Of course. I'll have pen & paper fetched."

Dionysus "The Emperor's father, sir, before he passed, willed his book collection to us."

Arsul_T "Oh. I see. Well it is important, thank you for letting us transcribe it."
