| Description | Aericos are invisible beings of toxic air. |
| Procreation | With each other to create more aericos. |
| Esoterica | As beings of fate and vile energy, aericos have an affinity for the arts of fate and vile energy. They also wield winds aether, damaskian power, arnum, msawhat, brown aether, currents aether, and infernal energies. Flux, qi, and fortune are impossible for them to wield. |
| Special Powers | Aericos spread disease with their presence, especially causing plague or malaria. They can possess mortals and poison their blood, corrupting it with vile energy. They also offer contracts to mortals suffering from diseases (even if they are diseases caused by the aerico) to relieve them in exchange for a portion of their lifeforce. |
| Weaknesses | Qi, flux, and fortune can harm them. |
| Nations | Aericos belong to three nations: those in Ansulym's wastelands, those who lurk in major cities; and those who ravage farmlands. |
| Culture | After infecting a group of marids who survived the wars, Hollow Jack coerced them into becoming the original aericos. He sent them out to spread disease through supernatural means. They formed tribes as they wandered away from the Ansulymic mountains where they were hiding, becoming nomadic. |
