A vast lower middle class neighborhood next to Point Sands Park, the Farmer's Market, Old Rourke, Gravitas, and the Point. It is bounded by Sands Drive on the west, Farmer's Market Road on the north, Rourke Street on the east, and Point Drive/Seashore Drive on the south and west until Burzene Street makes its southern boundary further down, and Seashore Drive is the northern one where it crosses Rourke Street.
