Wei is a product of one of the secret breeding programs over the centuries in Agikaan. He is faster, stronger, and more agile than an average human. His wits are quicker. His mind stronger. He was trained from birth to be an ambassador. He has but one function. His ostensible goal is to facilitate relations between Harkanheim and Agikaan, but his secret goal is to discover the Harkanian breeding program.
