A southern ogre from the southern parts of the Empire who is the leader of the Red Cloaks in those parts. He was the man Manuel told Albert about, naming him leader of the Red Cloaks. He is the third in line to leadership of the Red Cloaks, actually, behind Albert & Caradonna.

Venok is said to be fervently devoted to the Father of Luck in action & only respectful in words. He seeks risks often, openly thumbing his nose at the Empire.

Now that the Empire is on the verge of sweeping change, he has focused on uniting the Red Cloaks & influencing the choice of the next Emperor. As such, Commander Alvarez picked him to represent the Red Cloaks on the Council.
