With each other for more temperances. With other pseudohalflings, it follows the mother.

Special Powers

A temperance has the ability to say but a word or two & bring a calm to a situation. They are good with languages & are not afraid of much. They, unlike any other pseudohalfling, do not have a sense of wanderlust.
Weaknesses

To attack a temperance is such a shocking action that few survive it.
Culture

They live quiet,peaceful lives in farmlands, rarely leaving their homes. They farm, study, & do other work, leading normal, quiet lives.
