Stogner Grimoire

A grimoire of infernal spells collected by Eadgifu Stogner, a wizardess who served a contessa and wanted to create a set of spells that would give her mistress eternal life and her servants the power to dominate. It is said to be kept in the Vesturian vaults.

Eadgifu Stogner

Eadgifu was a dreorcwenn who served a poweful contessa in Baradin. She was the nineteenth daughter of a noble family and so was free to take up study of magic. She eventually was recruited to the service of the contessa, who funded her research in order to help find a way to become inmortal. In the process, Eadgifu amassed a notable collection of spells.

History

The grimoire was sold long after Eadgifu's death to a Vesturian wizard, who served the czarina, and thus ended up in the vaults there.
