A yeast that reacts differently in different seasons:
  • Thaw: rises very slowly in lukewarm temperatures, not at all in hot or cold.
  • Rebirth: rises quickly in warm temperatures and does not stop unless baked or frozen.
  • Spring: rises quickly in warm temperatures.
  • Beltane: rises quickly in hot temperatures.
  • Summer: rises quickly if baked.
  • Harvest: rises perfectly.
  • Autumn: rises slowly.
  • Fallow: never rises.
  • Winter: rises from cold instead of heat.
