A yeast that reacts differently in different seasons:
Thaw: rises very slowly in lukewarm temperatures, not at all in hot or cold.
Rebirth: rises quickly in warm temperatures and does not stop unless baked or frozen.
Spring: rises quickly in warm temperatures.
Beltane: rises quickly in hot temperatures.
Summer: rises quickly if baked.
Harvest: rises perfectly.
Autumn: rises slowly.
Fallow: never rises.
Winter: rises from cold instead of heat.
