Description Usually, they appear as identical twin humans. Some appear to be like their parent race.
Procreation If the Father was a rubicon, the offspring will be rubicon of the mother's race. If the mother was a rubicon, the offspring will be rubicon with aspects of the father's race. If intersex, the rubicon may choose their partner and/or sexuality.
Magic One in five million have heart or soul magic. Mind and body magic are possible. Void is possible. Faith is not uncommon.
Special Powers Can mate with any sentient race.
Weaknesses Swift magic or faith.
Culture Rubicons live along rivers, where they build dams and bridges and canals and guard boundaries.
