Anyone who has broken an oath is subject to an orcus's whims, if nearby. They can command the souls of the dead like slaves, and they have the power to bind animals. They can create walls of entropy at will. |

| Culture | Orcuses are all tyrants, vicious lords who demand tribute, like gods. They often seek mortals in rural areas and trick them into forming cults around them. In groups, they create regimented corps that are unbeatable in battle. |
