Description A nephesh is a planetary avatar. Its form reflects that of its world, and it is its world.
Procreation With each other for more nephesh, or being spun out of the cosmos by logoses.
Magic All powers are possible.
Special Powers Nephesh are embodiments of planets, and thus, their powers reflect the world they are representative of. Most nephesh have the power to create their own forms and the ability to use the powers of any race that is inherent to their world (i.e., for Shem, it would be the shemir).
Weaknesses The Rending
Culture Nephesh are typically a jealous folk. They tend to struggle for (figurative) position in the stellar system them belong to. Energy flows that dominate the universe are sources of nourishment and power for them, and any nephesh surrounded by such (like Shem or Earth) becomes a focal point of jealousy. Underneath that jealousy, however, is a strange kinship that comes out if an external force threatens them, and woe be it to any being that threatens their local logos (which is almost always a parental figure).
