Powers For every swing of this weapon, the user must roll a d100. Any even roll makes the weapon weaker. Any odd roll makes the weapon stronger. All triples do one of the previous things AND create a random power. Striking anyone with the Morningstar will result in the victim's being blasted to pieces.
