Motivations

Passions:

• learning almost anything
• spelldancing both learning new dances and performing old ones
• studying the culture/dances/history/mythology of my tribe and scypholoid's as a whole

• King Kyfex: my employer for now. He must be removed from power according to the changing of our tribe's tide and wishes.

all members of the tribe are closely related, all spawning from a central group of polyps (parent form)

normal jellyfish, but they have special tentacles that are capable of using and wielding tools and weapons, and they have vaguely recognizable faces inside their umbrellas. Their non-manipulative tentacles are poisonous and stinging.

Calm, collected but not dispassionate.

mostly other sycpholoid however i imagine he has made some acquaintances at court.

his enemies are the enemies of the tribe.

What was the character's upbringing like?

he was brought up by the wise ones and the other members of his tribe. As a young sycpholoid he was kept close to the polyp. Later on he was very interested in the seasonal dances and this led to him becoming a spelldancer.

his bank account, maybe a few very small trinkets: a pearl, a spine from an urchin

Pretty sociable as he is naturally curious and not uncompassionate however his upbringing in a rather odd society has some downsides.

yes. No significant scars, disabilities, etc.

the wants and needs of the tribe are ultimately paramount. He must do his best to follow their wishes but he can find his own way to do it.

he largely follows his instincts/emotions when it comes to dealing with his tribe and their society. However, when dealing with foreign cultures he does his best to use a logical approach based onhis knowledge of their customs/society.
