The largest and most beautiful park in the city, in recent years there has been a spate of crime in the south end, spillover from La Bella. Home to the world famous Treant Grove, where Tilleul grew up, and home to A Thousand Butterflies, an now defunct insect exhibit. Ten miles of trails, four hundred and fifty types of major plants, ninety different animals of note (roaming free), and a private irrigation system were all cornerstones of the park.

But now, it is slated to be destroyed and replaced with more a row of warehouses for the movie studios. Bounded by Glimmer, Agoni, Farmer's Market Road, and Hummingbird Drive, El Arbol is often compared by the poets now to the silent stars of twenty years ago--past their prime, but beautiful in their way.
