Caelbewegt
Though most often spoken of or discussed as a natural force, usually "the Four Winds" or "the Sky" or "the Firmament," most statues of Caelbewegt depict them as either a falcon, eagle, or a winged human, perhaps with avian features. Very few depict them as a sylph, but when they do, though sylphs are feminine, Caelbewegt is depicted as a masculine sylph.
They appear most often to mortals as a vague face in the sky or simply a loud, resounding voice on the winds. Birds, especially eagles and falcons, are also common forms as well.
