Buchule was born a slave, but their parents were sold away when they were young, and they grew up not truly knowing who or what they were. Eventually, they escaped slavery, losing themself in the depths of the city of Haenor and surviving with their quick wits. They became involved in the Red Grith as a matter of survival and took to the faith quickly, using their skills and cleverness to help the Red Grith coordinate certain projects and finding their religion very profound and intriguing. As they worked more and more with the Grith, they became more deeply attuned and attached the five folk figures, the Hands, and used their faith as part of their life, becoming the main expert on the faith.
