Dionysus Where do you go?

• Avery stays in the alley for a bit, scanning to see if anyone seems to be waiting for him to come out, then shifts his current glamour a bit - just in case - and steps back into the crowd, scanning for Jack or Magnum, if he came along.

Dionysus Magnum steps into the alley with you, "Lucky I noticed your slipping in here. What's going on? I was at the knife vendor... Now this."

Avery "Someone was following us...I dunno if it was me, Jack, both of us or what...looks like they kept after him when I vanished, though...He was going that way." he indicates the direction.

Dionysus "You just barely made the alley, then. What do we do now?"

Avery "I dunno...I was gonna go after Jack and try to see what's up, but that might not be the sanest course...but I don't want to leave him here without knowing who that guy was..."

Dionysus "Call the guards?"

• Avery pauses a moment, then nods.

Dionysus As you do so, Jack bursts out of a bar, running.

Dionysus Magnum doesn't hesitate to try to reach it.
