Description: Alloceri appear to be suits of pale, sickly green armor (usually found riding daemonsteeds), moving of their own accord. Burning green eyes can be seen behind their visors.

Procreation: Alloceri, unlike other punishers, do not have to wait for the Cessation to breed. As with other punishers, procereation with non-alloceri demons follows the mother, & with non-demons, it breeds half-demon sado-masochists.

Magic: 1/200000 has soul magic, 1/1000000 have heart magic. They can learn mind or body magic. If they have any magic at all, it is used in conjunction with their combat skills. They generally have priest-level faith (darkness, or, in some rare cases, despair), & they can use void normally.

Special Powers: The armor is technically their body, but alloceri can live with this protective shell destroyed. The true allocer is an invisible essence kept within the armor, untouchable by physical weapons. The armor itself serves to keep magic & faith away from the true form the allocer--no matter what a spellcaster or faithful does, the armor is what is affected first. Only after the armor is sufficiently damaged can the actual allocer be affected. The armor is immune to mundane fire & cold & fairly resistant to electricity. It takes a deep wound to damage the armor enough to allow anyone to attack the essence of the allocer. The essence can only be hit by magic or faith. Alloceri can summon the chains of hell, usually used to capture escaping souls. Furthermore, alloceri create lances from the fabrics of the Hells when they need them. These lances do not do much physical damage, but they pin the soul of the victim to one place, long enough for the allocer to capture the victim. It is a 16 difficulty to summon or control a allocer with dark magic or faith.

Culture: Alloceri are the agents of the Hells who capture lost souls. They go wherever they need to to get the escaped souls, only being barred from a few of the planes (Havens, Promised Land, certain parts of the Summer Country, Void, City of Mists). They work alone (not counting their steeds), unless they are after a very powerful escapee. Rarely will more than 3 work together at a time. The alloceri must capture 1000 lost souls to gain more power--usually increasing their size or the power of their lances. Alloceri all follow the commands of their General, the Tormentor.

They use their advanced anatomical and artistic knowledges to torment their victims.

Notables: The Tormentor, greatest of the torturers, technically an allocer, he is a massive armored torturer with whips for claws, who rides a massive daemonsteed with the legs of a dragon and the face of a lion.
