Inabis appear to be anthropomorphic carnivorous plants. The most common in the region are bladderworts, so if they are native to Talune, they appear to be slender with large colorful flowers and short leaves. They stand about 6’ tall.

Inabis dwell in the territories of dragons, bonding to the territory via their roots (which are their feet) and thus knowing its boundaries. They do not need the permission of the dragon, but it helps. If there is no dragon in the area, they sense the nearest one and seek it out for magic, as they are symbiotic beings.

Through their bonding, they are able to shape the territory, sense what is in it, and draw magic from it. The territory or type of dragon may give them other abilities as well.

The culture of inabis varies by territory, but most center on creating a peaceful symbiosis with the local dragon(s). They pride themselves on being protectors of the territory and tenders of its plants. They are trappers of animals and make use of furs and pelts and other animal parts as well in their daily lives, art, and rituals.
